The American Jazz Museum in partnership with the City of Kansas City is presenting an exciting newly formatted music festival in May in the historic 18th and Vine District. The Kansas City Jazz and Heritage Festival will take place Friday, May 26 through Sunday, May 28, 2017. This three-day festival will feature multiple entertainment stages in the 18th and Vine District. There will be both free and ticketed venues celebrating the music and Heritage of Kansas City.
We would like to invite you to be a part of this festival event and take advantage of the opportunity to display your products and services to the 7,000 to 9,000 patrons and visitors expected to attend the Kansas City Jazz and Heritage Festival. The vending opportunities are limited so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Vending categories include food and beverage service as well as a focus on artists, business services, and information. As space is limited, vendor selection will be based upon the products you sell and how they fit into the product variety; festival theme; submission date and capacity to provide food to the expected audience.
As an added benefit for selected vendors, the festival will list vendor organizations and logos on the festival website and targeted collateral materials.
- Art, Jewelry, Information Vendors
- Booth spaces are 10 x 10 ft. Vendor spaces are available on the 18th Street KC Showcase Stage grounds for Friday and Saturday, May 26-27, 2017 for $50 each day. Vendors provide their own tables and chairs.
- Food Vendors
A very limited number of food truck spaces are still available inside the Paseo / Main Stage festival grounds for Friday/Saturday/Sunday, May 26-28, 2017.
After you register, you will be able to request additional tables for $10.00 each and chairs for $5.00 each.
Registration is extended to May 6, 2017. Selections will be made by May 8, 2017. If your application is not accepted, your registration fee will be refunded.
